Description
A premium spray-dried honey product with higher honey-solids content than standard formulations. Produced from selected varietal honey sources with minimal carrier addition, preserving more of the natural honey flavor, aroma, and color in the dry format.
Light to medium amber free-flowing powder. Higher hygroscopicity than carrier-heavy formulations; storage in dry conditions is essential. Reconstitutes cleanly in water and dry-blends readily into bakery and beverage premixes.
We supply premium Honey Powder from manufacturers in China holding ISO, Halal, Kosher and other certifications relevant to the product and production. Distinct from standard honey powder grades that contain a higher fraction of maltodextrin or starch carrier.
Common market grades include Premium 80% Honey Solids, Super-Premium 90% Honey Solids for clean-label baking and beverage use, and Varietal Premium Powders (acacia, clover, manuka, and others) for specialty positioning. Carrier-free or minimum-carrier formulations are available on request.
Bulk and reduced-MOQ shipments. Batch-level COA covering honey solids, moisture, sugar profile, HMF, and microbiology.
Introduction
Honey has been used as a sweetener and food preservative for at least 8,000 years and remains the largest non-sucrose natural sweetener in global trade.
Premium honey powder production starts with selected varietal honey sources of defined floral origin. The honey is blended with minimal carrier (typically maltodextrin or gum acacia at 10 to 20 percent of the final powder weight) and spray-dried under controlled conditions that preserve aroma, color, and enzymatic activity to the extent practical given the drying process.
Honey itself is recognized as a food without restriction in all major jurisdictions, with honey powder regulated as a processed honey product subject to declaration of any added carriers on the finished product label.
Premium positioning distinguishes this product from commodity honey powders that contain 50 to 70 percent honey solids and a correspondingly larger carrier fraction. For finished products that depend on honey flavor and color as marketing claims, the premium grade delivers more honey character per unit of inclusion.
