This SKU combines two specialty modifications of Konjac Gum: the acid-resistance modification of catalog id 26136 with additional micronization that produces 200-mesh or finer particles for rapid hydration.
Production starts with acid-resistant Konjac Gum, then passes the powder through fine-grinding mills with classification screens to yield uniform micronized particles. The micronized format hydrates 5 to 10 times faster than standard-mesh Konjac while retaining the acid-stability of the parent product.
Regulatory status follows that of standard Konjac and acid-resistant Konjac (E425 in the EU, GRAS in the U.S., JECFA-approved without ADI limit).
The molecule's functional behavior matches acid-resistant Konjac at full hydration. The differentiator is hydration time: micronization brings hydration into the 30 to 60 second range required for instant beverage applications.
