Natamycin 50% in Glucose — bulk food ingredient sample

01 — Overview

Description

Natamycin standardized to 50 percent active content with food-grade glucose (dextrose) as the carrier. The lactose-free alternative for dairy-allergen-restricted and kosher-pareve applications.

Pale yellow free-flowing powder. The glucose carrier eliminates the lactose allergen of the standard dairy-format Natamycin while providing equivalent dispersion and free-flow properties.

We supply food-grade Natamycin 50% in Glucose from manufacturers in China holding ISO, Halal, Kosher and other certifications relevant to the product and production.

Common market grades include Standard 50% Natamycin / 50% Glucose (the lactose-free dairy alternative), Vegan-Certified Glucose Carrier (where vegan certification of finished products requires non-dairy supply chain), and Custom Concentration variants produced to specification.

Bulk and reduced-MOQ shipments. Batch-level COA covering Natamycin assay (HPLC), glucose content, heavy metals, and microbiology.

02 — Background

Introduction

This SKU is the glucose-carrier formulation of Natamycin, designed specifically as the lactose-free alternative to the standard dairy-format Natamycin 50% in Lactose. The 50 percent active concentration with food-grade glucose (dextrose) as bulk delivers identical Natamycin function without dairy-derived carriers.

The active ingredient is identical to the parent Natamycin (catalog id 7700) and to other carrier-formatted grades.

Regulatory status follows that of pure Natamycin (E235 in the EU, GRAS in the U.S., JECFA-approved at 0.3 mg per kg body weight ADI). The glucose carrier is regulated as a standard food ingredient and carries no allergen labeling burden.

Strategic positioning serves three growing market segments simultaneously: vegan and plant-based dairy alternatives where lactose-derived ingredients defeat positioning claims, kosher-pareve product manufacturing where dairy and meat ingredient separation is mandatory, and lactose-allergic consumer products where lactose carrier would compromise allergen-free claims.
