A premium anthocyanin extract from Black Currant fruit (Ribes nigrum), standardized to 36 percent anthocyanins by HPLC. The fruit is among the highest natural sources of delphinidin-3-rutinoside, delphinidin-3-glucoside, cyanidin-3-rutinoside, and cyanidin-3-glucoside (the four characteristic Black Currant anthocyanins). Used in eye-health supplements and premium anti-aging formulations.
Purple to dark purple free-flowing powder. Highly water-soluble. Color is stable in acidic conditions but degrades in alkaline applications.
