01 — Overview

Description

High-purity refined cane or beet sucrose milled to a fine crystal size suitable for direct compression, dry-blend bakery premixes, and high-performance confectionery. Distinct from coarse granulated and powdered sugar in particle morphology and bulk density.

White free-flowing fine crystalline powder. High purity, low moisture, minimal invert sugar content. Stable under proper storage conditions over long shelf life.

We supply food-grade Anhydrous Crystalline Sucrose from manufacturers in China holding ISO, Halal, Kosher and other certifications relevant to the product and production.

Common market grades include Extra Fine (100 to 200 mesh) for bakery and confectionery, Fine (60 to 100 mesh) for general food use, Direct-Compression grade for pharmaceutical chewable tablets, and Castor Sugar (intermediate mesh) for premium bakery applications.

Bulk and reduced-MOQ shipments. Batch-level COA covering polarization, invert sugar, ash, moisture, and microbiology.

02 — Background

Introduction

Sucrose is the disaccharide of glucose and fructose linked through an alpha-1,2 glycosidic bond. It has been refined from sugarcane in India for over two millennia and from sugar beet since the early nineteenth century.

Modern production refines raw cane or beet sugar through carbonation, decolorization, and successive crystallization to a polarization of 99.8 percent or higher. The fine-crystal grade is produced by additional milling and sieving after final crystallization.

Sucrose is recognized as Generally Recognized as Safe by the U.S. FDA, has no numerical Acceptable Daily Intake limit from JECFA, and is regulated as a food ingredient without restriction in every major jurisdiction. Pharmaceutical-grade material is listed in USP, EP, JP, and BP pharmacopoeias.

The fine crystal size distinguishes this product from the coarse table sugar and milled powdered sugar formats: the controlled particle size delivers consistent dissolution rate, flow behavior, and compression characteristics for industrial users.
