Industrial production proceeds by hot-water and ethanol extraction of dried Holy Basil leaves, followed by purification and standardization to defined ursolic acid content.

Clinical evidence supports adaptogen positioning, with controlled trials showing benefits for cortisol modulation, perceived stress, and cognitive performance under stress at appropriate doses.
